• The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
• All payments made, including the 50% DP, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations, changes of mind, or unused services.
• Design work will only start after the DP has been received and confirmed.
• Revisions are limited according to the selected service/package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Any delays in feedback or approval from the client may affect the project timeline.
• Maya Atelier Design reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
• By proceeding with payment, the client confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
